My first 30 day challenge is the creation of a GRATITUDE journal.

Why a journal and how am I going to approach this?

The why is I continue to read and re-read the same powerful concept. GRATITUDE is what brings joy to your life.

Every day I am going to identify and record events, people, emotions, relationships, or experiences I am grateful for.

This challenge is not too daunting but the power in its simplicity has the backing of scientific research.

Studies have traced a range of impressive benefits to the simple act of having a GRATTIUDE journal. The benefits include better sleep, fewer symptoms of illness, and more happiness among adults and kids alike.

It is day two of my 30 Day Challenge. I am glad I choose this challenge to begin with.
