#Golf December 7

Today the 30 Day Quiz Coach4aday Challenge is on GOLF.

Yesterday a group of 7 friends and I traveled to Cheraw (SC) State Golf Course. We were playing in the 3rd Annual Coach4aday Golf Challenge.

That visit prompted me to decide to have today’s quiz be on GOLF. I am anticipating that this quiz will not be as daunting as Day 6. Those results from yesterday were not pretty for me as I was at the back of the pack. See below.

GOLF

The size of a GOLF Course can vary. At a minimum an18-hole course of all short par 3s could be built on as little as 30 acres, while an intermediate length or executive course of 18 holes of par 3s and 4s would require 75-100 acres, and a full size par 72 course would need 120-200 acres. What made our trip to Cheraw so impressive is that the GOLF Course covers well over 300 acres and it borders a 360 acre lake. If you want to get close to nature this Midland SC State Park is the place to do it.
