#Bake April 1

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

I have decided for April that my publicly announced 30 Day Challenge is going to learn how to BAKE something at least 2 times a week.

I would love to have others join me and no one should feel obligated to have the same quantitative goal, just BAKE something.

In fact I realize that a number of people in my world have fantastic baking abilities including Linda Metzger, Sarah Griffin-Greene, Alfredo DiPinto, and Rhonda Dellinger.

I will have a few others challenges in April but they will remain private until end of the month. The decision to BAKE is going to assist me in growing and learning a new skill in 2020. To be honest I will be starting this baking challenge at the level that comes before beginner.

I love bakeries and in 2016 I wrote a post about a bakery in my hometown called Danziger’s. I still miss the poppy seed hard rolls and chocolate mocha cake my family would get from there.

The CORID-19 has made me think about things I love to eat that I don’t know how to BAKE. So for April my 30 Day Challenge to research a recipe and learn how to do BAKE it at least twice a week.

On my list of things to attempt to BAKE are the following:

Various types of breads

Cake

Pie

Cookies

Muffins

So if you have any easy recipes that involving baking feel free to send them my way.
