This blog post won’t be for everyone. When it comes to choosing to live in a home there are people who actually choose to live in an older home and take on the task of RESTORATION.

People like my brother Patrick, Matt & Ursula Adams, Jimmy Bethea, Rob Redfearn, and many others including my wife and I have a fascination with RESTORATION.

Here is a home in Monticello FL called the Wirick-Simmons House

This house is located close to Tallahassee, FL

When you take on a RESTORATION you need two things -resources and time. Many projects run out resources or become impatient on how much time it takes. My wife and I have lived in our home built in 1910 for 20 years. I joke with people if you see a room that looks finished let me know which one it is.

When we attempt a RESTORATION of our live it is the same principle. You need to apply resources and time to make the change.
