In 2021 any day of the month that has the number 4 in the date becomes a day to post about one of the FOLLOWERS of this blog. Tomorrow is March 14th and a Sunday. Tomorrow is also the day I participate in Song Lyric Sunday so I am moving the FOLLOWER post up a day.

I started blogging in 2014 on the free WordPress platform. I never envisioned when I started blogging in 2014 that I would ever have 100 people FOLLOWING that free site. In 2019 I decided to create a Coach4aday website and post the same content at both sites. Today in 2021 the number of FOLLOWERS has exceeded 1,100 on the free site and close to 500 on the website. In addition I have over 500 followers on Twitter.

I have started to look at some of the unique leaders that FOLLOW the blog via Twitter. One of those is Richard M. Leo. Richard is the author of a book called The Brief.

The book focuses on advice and practical guidance on how aspiring leaders can transition from college to the corporate setting. The book touches on many topics and it not only applies to those starting out but even seasoned business professionals. In my role as a leadership consultant I am constantly helping clients with their career journey, communication skills, the importance of having a mentor, and what it means to be coach to any team you lead.

Richard book focuses on what he calls the 6 P’s-Purpose, Planning, Preparation, Priorities, Persistence, and Patience.

Appreciate Richard making the choice to FOLLOW the blog. His book has reinforced some great concepts for me.
