When you are building a leadership team you need to consider having an “Inner CIRCLE”. A leadership team doesn’t have to be confined to work. It can be spiritual leadership or alliance with friends.

John Maxwell describes this concept in his book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. Number 11 in that book is called the Law of the Inner CIRCLE.
