#Candle February 15
We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.
In February 2026, many of us will participate in the 30-Day Six-Word Coach4aday Challenge. Each day, we’ll tell a story using just six words in response to that day’s prompt. A daily six-word story challenge encourages clarity, creativity, and intentional reflection by forcing us to distill our thoughts into what truly matters. Regular writing supports brain health by strengthening memory, improving focus, and encouraging deeper cognitive processing through reflection and creativity. Today the prompt is CANDLE.

Six Word-30 Day Challenge Guidelines
As with previous challenges, participants are encouraged to adapt the guidelines to fit their own circumstances. If you can, commit to sharing an ingredient from a food label during the month of February.
- Locate today’s prompt found below and write a six-word story using the prompt word.
- Share with a challenge partner if you have one.
- Join the conversation by posting on social media with the hashtag #Coach4adayChallenge
Prompts Day 1-30
The idea for this challenge comes from Home in Heels website. The creator is an author named Barbara who lives in Wisconsin and I am posting the free download she offered which is shown below

Day 15-Candle Story
Two thoughts immediately came to mind when I saw today’s prompt: illumination and celebration. I’m choosing to focus on the latter. Candles are used in a variety of celebratory settings, including religious ceremonies, cultural traditions, and life’s meaningful milestones.
My story is on a birthday cake.
“Candles crown a cake, wishes flicker.“
