#Crackers February 28
We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.
In February 2026, many of us will participate in the 30-Day Six-Word Coach4aday Challenge. Each day, we’ll tell a story using just six words in response to that day’s prompt. A daily six-word story challenge encourages clarity, creativity, and intentional reflection by forcing us to distill our thoughts into what truly matters. Regular writing supports brain health by strengthening memory, improving focus, and encouraging deeper cognitive processing through reflection and creativity. Today the prompt is CRACKERS. It is also the end of the month and tomorrow we move on to a new challenge.

Six Word-30 Day Challenge Guidelines
As with previous challenges, participants are encouraged to adapt the guidelines to fit their own circumstances. If you can, commit to sharing an ingredient from a food label during the month of February.
- Locate today’s prompt found below and write a six-word story using the prompt word.
- Share with a challenge partner if you have one.
- Join the conversation by posting on social media with the hashtag #Coach4adayChallenge

And what in the world are Nabs?
I soon discovered that “Nabs” was simply a regional name for a pack of crackers. Here is the iconic Lance Toast Chee

Tomorrow for my friends Jeff Neelon and Jaclyn Donovan it is on to our 75th consecutive Coach4aday Challenge. It is going to be called the “Teach It Challenge”. Each day in March, teach one lesson, principle, or insight you’ve learned from our previous 74 challenges. More details in the March 1st post.
