April 2026 will take a slightly different approach to the 30-Day Challenge. Each day of the month, I’ll be participating in the 30-Day Tai Chi Coach4aday Challenge. What will be different this time is that my daily posts won’t be limited to that day’s exercises—I want the freedom to share more spontaneous and wide-ranging thoughts along the way.
I will still include the focus of each day’s Tai Chi routine, but much of what I write may explore topics far removed from exercise. Just as Tai Chi is designed to improve flexibility, I hope my writing reflects that same sense of openness and adaptability each day. For Day 26 my thoughts are on THOUGHTS.

“Tai Chi” 30 Day Challenge
Searching online for a 30-Day program brought me face to face with lots of options but I have chosen a plan led by Dr Alan Potts PT. You can download the schedule I am utilizing at this link.
It looks like this.

April 26th-Thoughts
Stumbled across one of the first 100 posts I composed. It was really nothing more than sharing some of the writings of the late Wayne Dyer.
Those excerpts on what he believed the importance of THOUGHTS were on each of us came from a book I read titled “You Will See It-When You Believe It“. My personal belief is they control the way we feel, the way we act, and what we focus on. They truly are powerful.
Here is the excerpt:
“Here is a mini lesson on what thought is. Your desire to improve your life is really your thought to improve your life. Your will to live is really your thought to live. Your attitudes about your entire life are really your thoughts on these matters. Your entire past up to this point is nothing more than thought. Your entire future from this moment onward is nothing but thought. Your relationships to everyone in your life are nothing more than thoughts. Your determination to succeed is nothing more than your thoughts to do so. The idea of success is really the thought of success.”
What are we all thinking about today?
