For Day 13 of the 30-Day Quotation #Coach4aday Challenge the word is FRIENDSHIP.

Two weeks ago, someone I viewed as an acquaintance taught me something. They approached me and wanted to get my advice on a situation they were involved in. They didn’t tell me the specifics before they asked for advice, but I sensed it was very personal. Trying to prevent them for sharing TMI I said that sometimes acquaintances or colleagues need to confide in close friends. They stopped me and said, “I trust you and trust defines friendship”. The lesson learned was being trustworthy just might be the cornerstone of FRIENDSHIP.
